HOGS WITH DOGS HUNT

Hunting with Soldiers is seeking 3 “Abled Bodied” Combat Veterans for a Hogs & Dogs trip out of Oakwood, TX. Arrival is Monday November 13th and departure is Tuesday November 14th. The hunt will take place mostly at night. This will consist of going out with Kta Hounds and following the dogs on foot (So must be capable of walking long distances), once the dogs are on the hog, the Veterans will dispatch the hogs with knives, not firearms. This will require a Kabar style knife. Housing is supplied, but for this trip, the meals will be up to the Veterans chosen. Again, you MUST be abled bodied. We wish we could open this up to those with disabilities, but we can not get the hogs to cooperate. You MUST NOT have been out with more than 2 other Veteran organizations, or multiple times with the same one (We do check). Those who have not been out with Hunting with Soldiers will be considered first but we are taking applications from those that have been out with us as well.
